Take over specialist, The Radco Companies, a developer out of Atlanta, Boston, and now Chicago, was hired to manage completion of the project. The project was experiencing quality problems in the interior build out of the units and resulted in the stagnation of sales. The owners representative, The Rise Group out of Chicago, recommended our services and BABCO was engaged as a member of the new team to complete the project. BABCO, as part of their services, completed the approximately 40 remaining condo’s, townhouses and reworking of several other area’s of the building program as called for by Radco’s master plan. In addition to the work in the homes, the main lobby, valet, party & meeting rooms and the executive offices were all renovated. BABCO was proud to be part of such a fine team. The quality of the units produced was second to none in the city. All units were completed and closed on schedule and with minimal or no punch-list work. View additional images
