Back to In the Press Main BABCO CONSTRUCTION, INC. COMPLETES RENOVATIONS FOR INDIAN LAKES RESORT IN BLOOMINGDALE (Bloomingdale, Illinois) ­ Lawrence H. Goldman, President of BABCO Construction, Inc. is pleased to announce that the firm has completed major renovations for the Indian Lakes Resort in Bloomingdale, Illinois. Located at 250 West Schick Road, the project consisted of extensive renovations to the guestrooms, penthouse suites, conference suites, and the junior ballroom. Improvements to the 314 guestrooms included complete replacement of baths, wall coverings, flooring and lighting. An updated electrical system as well as new finishes, furniture, and paint were added to the junior ballroom. Indian Lakes Resort is a full-service hotel and golf resort with conference center amenities, 2 golf courses, a guest spa and restaurant. BABCO Construction was selected as the general contractor by the owner of Indian Lakes Resort, First Hospitality Group. Dan Sharps, Executive Project Manager and Paul Turilli, Project Manager oversaw the construction team for BABCO Construction. The Getty’s Group, Inc. provided the architectural services for the project.
